Founded at the very beginning of the XX century it represents a fantastic little modernist building in Las Ramblas right next to the Opera "El Liceu". All the colours and decoration makes a really cozy and pleasant stop.
Not only that the pastries of this establishment are superb and well known around the country; you will easily see all the pictures of famous people visiting and purchasing in the café.
It is not budget pastry but it is strongly recommended if you feel like a caprice or if you are chocoholic. As they say in their site: "We don't only make cakes, but we also create illusions"
